What is Usui Reiki Ryoho?

Usui Reiki Ryoho is a healing system developed by Mikao Usui in the 1930s. It supports physical healing, personal growth, and spiritual awakening. At its core, Reiki is a powerful relaxation tool, but it also provides meditation techniques, healing rituals, and daily practices to help you connect with your inner light.

One-Day Reiki Level One Workshop

This workshop introduces you to Reiki and provides the attunement necessary to begin practicing.

You will learn:
✅ Level One attunement
✅ Chakra balancing
✅ The Chakra System as a tool for personal growth
✅ Western hand positions for self-treatment & treating others
✅ Japanese treatment methods
✅ Daily Reiki practice rituals
✅ Introduction to the 5 Reiki Principles
✅ Giving & receiving a full Reiki treatment
✅ Kenyoku – a technique for clearing negative energy

At Reiki Level One, you learn how to “do” Reiki—a lifelong skill for self-healing and helping others.

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once full payment is received.

Payment:

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. A confirmation receipt will be sent upon payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
No refunds on deposits made for trainings.

Changes and Modifications:

Requests to modify bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Changes made within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees.

My wife and I went for the one day Sunday retreat with the yoga session followed by a walk and then the saunas and cold plunge experience. We had a beautiful lunch (sourced locally from providers in Ennis) and finished the day with a sound bath. We came away feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. Rosie was a fantastic host during our sessions, guiding us through our journey. For me the sound bath was quite an experience, very calming and allowed me to achieve a deep state of relaxation. I have been to Rosie’s retreats on numerous occasions. Every time I leave here I feel 100 times better than when I arrived. There is something very healing and soothing about the Shannon estuary retreat. A lot of work and thought is put into every event and there is a huge variety toe events to choose from. I did the Wim Hof Method Retreat here. From the warm welcome and the beautiful surroundings this place should be high on everyone's list.
The retreat was really special. The breath work and ice bath was amazing. Josef, the course instructor was fantastic. I was in a group of 5 strangers and we instantly connected. We shared stories openly about our lives. It was truly a wholesome and nurturing experience .
The owners Micheál & Rosie go above and beyond to make your time with them unique, fun and memorable.
The lunch was out of this world! Delicious tapas, salad, soup, breads and dessert!! I'll be back!! ❤️

I had the most fabulous day at the Shannon Estuary Hike & Yoga retreat. I went to the retreat alone but the wonderful energy from both the place itself and Rosie put me at ease straight away. From the first moment I arrived I felt safe to share and was blown away by how beautiful the location is. It was wonderful to spend the day with like-minded people. I really enjoyed the mindful walk and the dip in the secret waterfall was like something out of a movie. The cacao was just the best thing I’ve ever tasted! When we got back the outdoor area - the sauna, hot tub and plunge pool was so luxurious and perfect after the walk to relax. The food was delicious, healthy and locally sourced. Even with all my food allergies I was still catered for. The day ended with a beautiful relaxation yoga and sound bath which was just perfect. I floated home, so relaxed and I can’t wait for my next retreat there. I’ll be back again very soon.

Her expertise extends further—Rosie is also a skilled Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Indian Head and Holistic Massage Therapist, Sound Therapist, Executive Life and Business Coach, Exercise and Health Fitness Coach, Gut Health Coach, Pilates Teacher, and Aromatherapist.

With a love for the outdoors, Rosie enjoys hiking, cold water dips, and the comforting heat of the sauna. Her diverse skills and deep passion for holistic health make her a truly inspirational guide on your wellness journey.
