Following training and certification, you will be equipped to guide people through a six-week program to transition from dysfunctional breathing patterns to functional ones. You’ll be able to work one-on-one or with groups to help clients with conditions like insomnia, sleep apnea, ME/CFS, COPD, anxiety, depression, and fatigue using the Buteyko Method.
What is the Buteyko Method? 🧘♀️
The Buteyko Method is a breathing technique developed by Ukrainian doctor Konstantin Buteyko. The core principle of the method is that many health conditions are caused or worsened by chronic over-breathing (hyperventilation), which leads to a lower-than-optimal level of carbon dioxide () in the blood. Although commonly misunderstood, is a vital gas that helps release oxygen from red blood cells to the body’s tissues and organs. A deficiency in can lead to reduced oxygen delivery and other physiological imbalances.

Cancellation Policy:
