Hybrid Training (80 Hours)
Program Overview:
This 80-hour certified and accredited training course is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of breathwork, trauma-informed somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation. The program integrates practical skills for emotional release, self-regulation, and healing physical and mental health issues. Through a combination of in-person training, online sessions, case studies, and theoretical exams, participants will gain the tools and knowledge to support themselves and others in their healing journey.
Course Structure:
- In-Person Training: 2 full days of intensive experiential learning.
- Online Modules: 2 evenings of live, interactive online sessions.
- Follow-Up Support: Ongoing mentorship and group support.
- Assignments: Case studies, practice sessions, and a theory exam.
Module Breakdown:
Module 1: Introduction to Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy (10 hours)
- Understanding trauma and its impact on the body and mind.
- The principles of trauma-informed care and somatic therapy.
- Integrating trauma-informed practices into breathwork.
- Introduction to the nervous system and its role in trauma and healing.
- Cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion as practitioners.

- Participants will develop an understanding of how trauma manifests in the body and mind.
- Learn how to create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for clients.
Module 2: Breathwork for Emotional Release (15 hours)
- The physiological and psychological effects of different breathing techniques.
- Deep dive into conscious connected breathing, circular breathing, and other emotional release techniques.
- Breathwork as a tool for emotional regulation and release.
- Practices for supporting clients in safely accessing and releasing stored emotions.
- The relationship between breath and the nervous system: stress reduction and relaxation.

- Gain proficiency in different breathwork techniques for emotional release.
- Develop skills to help clients navigate and process emotional blockages using breathwork.
Module 3: Nervous System Regulation and Healing (10 hours)
- Understanding the autonomic nervous system: sympathetic and parasympathetic states.
- Tools for resetting the nervous system through breath and movement.
- Techniques for grounding, centering, and returning to balance.
- Integration of somatic awareness practices into breathwork for nervous system regulation.
- Self-care tools for practitioners to maintain balance during emotionally intense sessions.

- Develop a toolkit for practitioners to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and trauma responses.
Module 4: Somatic Therapy Processes and Body-Based Healing (10 hours)

- Techniques for guiding clients through somatic experiences and body awareness exercises.
- Practical strategies for integrating somatic touch, movement, and verbal cues in a therapeutic setting.
- Creating a safe container for somatic experiences and emotional release.

Module 5: Trauma-Informed Practice for Mental Health (10 hours)
- Understanding the intersection of mental health, trauma, and emotional release.

- Using breathwork and somatic practices to support mental health recovery.
- Ethical considerations and boundaries when working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.

Module 6: Integration and Case Studies (15 hours)
- Supervised practice and application of breathwork and somatic therapy techniques.

Module 7: Exam and Certification (10 hours)

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certification in Level 2 Breathwork for Emotional Release & Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. A confirmation receipt will be sent upon payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- No refunds on deposits made for trainings.
Changes and Modifications:
- Requests to modify bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
- Changes made within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees.
