Professional Accreditation
This course is accredited by The Yoga Alliance Professionals UK (40 hours of learning/CPD). To receive certification, students must complete all assigned activities and tasks.

Getting Ready – Theory and Practice
Understand the preparations for meditation: attitude, the eightfold path of mindfulness, sitting techniques, mudras, and creating a meditative space. Develop a daily practice incorporating mindfulness and meditation.
Hearing: Healing Sound

Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once full payment is received.
Payment:
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. A confirmation receipt will be sent upon payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- No refunds on deposits made for trainings.
Changes and Modifications:
- Requests to modify bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
- Changes made within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees.
