12:00 PM – 1:30 PM 3 pillars of the WHM & Scientific studies explained, Breathwork 4 rounds
1:30 PM – 1:45 PM Tea Break
1:45 PM – 3.15 PM Guided Ice Bath follwed by Eco Barrell Sauna & Hot Tub Session
3:15 PM – 4:30 PM 2 course vegintarian meal served
