Full Moon Healing Circle: A Night of Transformation
Introduction:
Begin with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the evening’s activities. Set the intention for the circle, emphasizing connection, healing, and transformation under the full moon’s energy. Acknowledge the powerful synergy of the group and the sacred space created for deep healing.
Grounding Exercise:
A short grounding meditation to help everyone settle into the space, connect with the earth, and become present in their bodies. Visualize roots extending from your feet into the earth, grounding and stabilizing your energy.
Cacao Ceremony:
Gather for a sacred cacao ceremony, honoring the ancient tradition of using ceremonial-grade cacao for heart-opening and deep connection. Sip the warm, nourishing cacao as you set your intentions for the evening, allowing its natural compounds to enhance feelings of love, clarity, and inner harmony.
Hot Tub, Sauna, and Cold Plunge:
- Hot Tub: Enjoy a relaxing soak, allowing the warm water to soothe your muscles and calm your mind.
- Sauna: Detoxify and rejuvenate your body in the sauna, releasing any physical and emotional tension.
- Cold Plunge: For those who are willing, a cold plunge can invigorate the senses, boost circulation, and provide a refreshing contrast to the heat.
Breathwork Session:
Engage in a guided breathwork session designed to release stress, increase energy, and promote emotional healing. This practice will help you connect more deeply with your inner self and the group, creating a powerful energetic shift.
Reiki Energy Healing:
Receive Reiki energy healing to clear blockages and balance your chakras. Practitioners will channel universal life force energy to each participant, fostering deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual alignment.
Sound Bath:
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. The vibrations will help to balance your energy, deepen relaxation, and create a profound sense of peace and well-being.
Journaling:
Take some time to journal your thoughts, feelings, and insights. Reflect on what you wish to release and what you want to manifest in your life. This is a powerful way to set intentions and gain clarity.
Fire Ritual:
Gather around the fire for a transformative ritual. Write down anything you wish to let go of on a piece of paper and release it into the flames. This symbolic act of release will help you let go of what no longer serves you and make space for new beginnings.
Closing Circle:
Conclude the evening with a sharing circle where everyone can express their experiences and feelings. End with a gratitude practice, acknowledging the support of the group, the healing energy of the full moon, and the transformative power of the night.
Itinerary
6:30 PM – Arrival and Welcome
Guests arrive and settle in. Welcome and brief introduction to the evening’s activities. Grounding meditation to connect with the space and each other.
6:45 PM – Hot Tub, Sauna, and Cold Plunge.
Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Detoxify and rejuvenate in the sauna.Optional cold plunge for those who wish to invigorate their senses.
7:15 PM – Breathwork Session
Guided breathwork to release stress and promote emotional healing.
7:45 PM – Sound Bath
Immerse in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments. Allow the vibrations to balance your energy and induce deep relaxation.
8:15 PM – Journaling
Reflective journaling session to capture thoughts, feelings, and insights. Set intentions and gain clarity on what to release and manifest.
8:30 PM – Fire Ritual
Gather around the fire for a transformative ceremony.Write down what you wish to let go of and release it into the flames.
8:50 PM – Closing Circle
Sharing circle for everyone to express their experiences and feelings. Gratitude practice to acknowledge the support of the group and the full moon’s energy.
9:00 PM – Departure
Guests depart, taking with them the healing and transformative energy of the evening.
