We took time and crafted a Day retreat set to thrill your adventurous side, with stunning views of the Shannon Estuary Waters, mountains, islands, rolling hills and mature wood lands steeped in History and Heritage. Hike to the "Well kept Secret" Majestic Waterfall ( A hidden gem in County Clare ) , and on the day equally soothe your contemplative side, with deeply nourishing vinyasa yoga flow and mindfulness mediation using essential oils and the healing sound of the singing bowls, koshi chimes and shamanic drum. The day begins with a warm hearted welcome followed by refreshments on arrival. Bask in the views of the Shannon Estuary in our purpose built upstairs' underfloor heated studio with its large window East facing as you enjoy a Yoga practice with Rosie. Nourish your body downstairs in our purpose built eating and lounge area with our delicious and organic produce. A contemplative walk to the waterfall taking in natures intense beauty along the way. Enjoy the Thrill of a swim at the waterfall. Unwind afterwards in our wellness area. Indulge yourself, focusing on what you need. Taking in the views from the fire burning Eco Hot tub and glass fronted cedar wood barrel sauna. Enjoy a restorative yoga class with Rosie to complete your Retreat day . This is your chance to embrace the great outdoors and to blow away the cobwebs while stretching your body, calming your mind and soothing your soul. Leave the retreat having made new friends, explored an unchartered breathtaking corner of Ireland and reconnected to yourself on many levels.
