12:45 pm – Arrival and Welcome As you arrive at the retreat center, you’ll be greeted with warm smiles and a sense of calm, refreshment, and healthy treats. Our team of experienced instructors and therapists will guide you through a day of relaxation and self-care.
1 pm – Yoga and Meditation Begin your day with a gentle and soul-soothing yoga session. Our expert instructor will lead you through a series of postures and mindfulness exercises, allowing you to connect with your inner self and find peace within.
2:30 pm – Sauna and Hot Tub Relax and unwind in our traditional sauna or hot tub, nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings. The heat will cleanse your body and provide a sense of deep relaxation. The hot tub’s soothing warmth will melt away any tension, leaving you feeling utterly refreshed.
– Cold Plunge Embrace the invigorating power of nature with a cold plunge in our crystal-clear, nature-fed pool. This brisk immersion will awaken your senses, improve circulation, and leave you feeling revitalized.
3:30 pm – Locally Sourced Organic Vegetarian Meal Indulge in a delicious and nutritious meal prepared with locally sourced, organic ingredients wherever possible. Our chef crafts a menu that caters to all dietary preferences, ensuring your body is nourished with wholesome goodness.
4:30 PM – Sound Bath Immerse yourself in the transcendent waves of sound during our sound bath session. Vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments will wash over you, easing your mind and releasing any remaining tension.
– Breathwork and Guided Meditation Experience the profound benefits of conscious breathwork and guided meditation. Our facilitator will lead you through breathing techniques that enhance your well-being, followed by a meditation session designed to bring clarity and calm to your inner world.
5:30 PM – Closing Circle As the day comes to an end, we’ll gather for a closing circle to share insights and reflections from our transformative journey. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow participants and savor the sense of community and self-discovery you’ve found during this retreat.
