- About the course: Reiki Level One begins the journey of becoming an energy healer. It focuses on physical and self-healing. Reiki’s first-degree course brings you into harmony with your physical body, the environment, other people, and animals. Rosie teaches Reiki to help you find your path in life and offers Usui’s daily practices to support that journey. She also trains the student to use Reiki for personal growth and as a self-healing method. Course times: One day 10am to 5pm ( Lunch Included ! ) About our Reiki Training ? All our Reiki training courses are taught by Rosie McMahon. We teach Reiki in three levels: Level One Level Two Level Three What is Usui Reiki Ryoho? Usui Reiki Ryoho is a Reiki healing system devised by Mikao Usui in 1930’s for the purpose of physical healing, personal growth and spiritual awakening. At its basic level it is a great aid for relaxation, but it also offers a number of meditation tools, healing rituals and daily practices to help you connect with your own bright light. The one-day workshop will cover: • Level one attunement • Chakra balancing • Introduction to the Chakra System as a means of personal growth • Western hand positions for the treatment of self and others • Japanese Treatment methods • Daily Practice rituals • Introduction to the 5 Reiki Principles • Giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment • Kenyoku – clearing and releasing negative energy At Reiki one you learn how to “do” Reiki. Why take this class? Spend a day working with energy – giving and receiving Reiki Learn a skill you can use to improve your health Gain clarity on your life’s purpose Who can attend Reiki level one training? Anyone – there are no pre-requisites. What is unique about how Rosie teaches Reiki Reiki as a healing modality existed before Mikao Usui developed his Reiki Healing System which he called Usui Reiki Ryoho. When he went to Mount Kurama to meditate he was looking for a way to find his life path and to help other to find theirs. This is a type of enlightenment called An-shin Ritus-mei. Rosie teaches Reiki to help you find your path in life and offers Usui’s daily practices to support that journey. She also teaches the student how to use Reiki as a method of personal growth and self healing. This course is accredited by IPHM
