Up stairs to our purpose built underfloor heated studio for a Healing sound massage ( where singing bowls will be placed on the body for healing vibrations ) combined with therapeutic candlelit restorative yoga using essential oils and aura spray, Palo Santo Cleanse, Celtic Healing Rituals, The power of touch energy healing from Rosie Unique breathwork to breath beats to reach your higher state of consciousness. Ecstatic Trance Dance to the beat of Trance sounds and using shamanic drums to heighten the frequency and energy, calling in mother nature and all our goddess deities, Devine feminine energy, ancestors for healing, nourishing and soothing of the mind body soul. Close the circle with a grounding mediation and gong bath.
