- Welcome to our Couples Day Retreat! Our retreat is designed to help you and your partner relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate. We are located in the heart of the countryside, with breathtaking views of the estuary waters, mountains, native Irish woodlands and islands, and rolling hills of County Clare. Our retreat includes a variety of activities to help you and your partner relax and reconnect. We offer breath work, sound bath, yoga, hot tub sauna, and a 3-course vegetarian meal sourced from local organic farms. Our purpose-built health and wellness center is designed to provide a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. We have a variety of amenities to help you relax, including a hot tub, sauna, and yoga studio. We invite you to come and experience our Couples Day Retreat. Our goal is to help you and your partner relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate in the beautiful countryside of County Clare.
